We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't right. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. These issues will be reviewed, and if confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, and the item is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once the correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that go unclaimed and are returned will require you to cover the cost of reshipping, if applicable. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days, and we cannot offer a refund in those cases.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g. you changed your mind) or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the sizing chart before placing your order.

Size exchanges may be offered at our discretion and at your own cost. If accepted, a new order must be placed for the correct size.

Returns of Face Masks or Sealed Goods

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we cannot accept returns of face masks or other sealed goods that have been opened. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns Initiated by the Customer

Please contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.


Special Terms by Region

Brazil

Customers residing in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Photo evidence is required. If the item shows signs of use or damage, a refund may not be granted.

European Union (EU) Customers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with these regulations.


Return Address & Processing

Returns are sent to our fulfillment partner's facility. Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the next steps. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.


This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
